First Nebraska Credit Union was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award at this year’s Annual Meeting and Convention!
This year’s winner made a commitment to change their support. They set ambitious goals, engaged their employees, inspired their members, and dedicated themselves to making a difference for the children and families served by Children’s Nebraska. They raised $6910 this past year, which was a 750% increase from the previous year! They participated in Santa Letter, the Children’s Nebraska family shopping day, hosted shred days, sold tote bags and Christmas ornaments, held raffles and jeans days, and donated proceeds from their candy machines in their branches. They share all these great things on their website, in newsletters, social media, and have speakers during staff training days. Way to go!
