In analyzing Q1 data, VisiFI noticed a shift in the behavior of credit union members, particularly in March as a result of COVID-19.  Debit and credit card usage was down while usage of online and mobile solutions saw a spike.  Part of that spike was due to a 27% increase in digital (person-to-person) payments.
