Director election nomination material is posted on the League\u2019s website, <a href=\"https:\/\/nebrcul.org\/news-information\/\">https:\/\/nebrcul.org\/news-information\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The League Board of Directors consists of nine members.\u00a0 For this election cycle there are three seats up for election.\u00a0 Each of the three seats will carry a three-year term.\u00a0 The 2026 seats up for election include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asset Category B: (Credit Unions $40 million &#8211; $125 million in assets)<\/li>\n<li>Geographic District 2<\/li>\n<li>Geographic District 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To qualify to run for the position of Director, a nominee must be either the CEO or Senior Management employee (as defined by NCUA), or a voting member of the board of directors of a credit union in good standing with the League.\u00a0 Additional qualification information is available in the nomination materials.<\/p>\n<p>To participate in the election, candidates must complete the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nomination &amp;
