If you haven\u2019t heard, the CUNA Small Credit Union Committee is building a playbook<\/em><\/a> for the leaders of small credit unions to follow in order to achieve sustained success. Called \u201cSmall Credit Union Blueprints for Success,\u201d this new resource will assemble detailed how-to strategies that credit unions from across the country have used to grow and thrive.<\/p>\n We are asking credit unions to write up narratives that describe a strategy that they have executed in areas of lending, marketing, member service, new niches, talent, technology, DEI, and more. Example submissions can be found on the project page here<\/a>.<\/p>\n To further incentivize participation, the best entries will receive full scholarships to the Governmental Affairs Conference. You have until Dec. 29 to be eligible for the scholarship, which includes registration, airfare, hotels, and incidentals to the largest credit union advocacy event<\/a> in Washington, D.C., March 3-7.<\/p>\n
