The application<\/a> period is now open for credit union young professionals to be a \u201cCrasher\u201d during the 2023 CUNA Government Affairs Conference in Washington D.C. The application deadline is December 2nd. Crash the GAC<\/a> is a creation of the Filene Research Institute and the Cooperative Trust with the support of CUNA, and state leagues including the Nebraska Credit Union League. CUNA\u2019s CEO Jim Nussle said \u201cCrashing the CUNA GAC is one of the best ways for young credit union professionals to experience the credit union movement\u2019s premier advocacy event.\u201d<\/p>\n

There will be one credit union young professional selected from Nebraska\u2019s applicants by the Cooperative Trust to be Nebraska\u2019s 2023 Crasher. The selected Crasher will receive free registration for the conference from CUNA, as well as a roundtrip flight and hotel accommodation from the League.<\/p>\n
