One of the most prestigious of these awards is the CUNA HR &amp; Organizational Development Council\u2019s Rising Star Award. The Rising Star recognizes and honors an emerging professional in the credit union industry who has a focus on Human Resources or Organizational Development. The winner of this prestigious award will be a HR\/Organizational Development professional whose work demonstrates ongoing and exceptional growth. Their contribution to the future of the credit union industry is evident during the time they&#8217;ve been a part of the movement.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a02020 inductee into the Rising Star is <strong>Nathan Brock of LincOne FCU<\/strong>. Nathan\u2019s passion for credit unions, along with his experience and how it demonstrates ongoing and exceptional growth plus his contributions to the future of the credit union industry made a tremendous impact on the judges.
