Pursuant to the Election Procedures for the NCUL Board of Directors, a Call of Nominations has been issued. \u00a0All directors duly elected will commence service beginning June 10, 2020.<\/p>\n
Anyone interested in running for the Board should review the election materials carefully and submit their nomination by 5:00pm Central Time on March 6th<\/sup><\/strong>. Director election material is posted on the website, https:\/\/nebrcul.org\/news-information\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n The League Board of Directors consists of nine members.\u00a0 For this election cycle there are three seats up for election.\u00a0 Each of the three seats will carry a three-year term.\u00a0 The regular seats include:<\/p>\n -Asset Category B: Credit Unions with $40 – $100 million in assets<\/p>\n -Geographic District 2<\/p>\n -Geographic District 3<\/p>\n In order to qualify to run for the position of Director, a nominee must be either the CEO or Senior Management employee (as defined by NCUA); or a voting member of the board of directors of a credit union in Good Standing with the League.\u00a0 Additional qualification information is available in the nomination materials.<\/p>\n In order to participate, candidates must complete the following:<\/p>\n -Board of Directors Candidate Nomination & Consent Form<\/p>\n -Board of Directors Candidate Profile Form<\/p>\n -Board of Directors Nomination Seconding Form<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Board of Directors Candidate Nomination & Consent Form, Board of Directors Candidate Profile Form, and the Board of Directors Nomination Seconding Form all of which must be filled out and submitted by 5:00pm Central Time on Friday, March 6th<\/sup>, 2020 <\/strong>using one the following methods:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n By mail to the following address:<\/p>\n Scott Sullivan
