The League recently announcing a realignment of staff. The environment in which the League operates is evolving rapidly. Against this backdrop, we are making strategic changes to better align the association talents with our current vision and for the future.
We are all rallying behind a single strategy of promoting, protecting and preserving member credit unions. We will do this by leveraging our strengths and improving our capabilities by working together with more collaboration and agility around our mission.
The realignment reflects this strategy.
Dan Collins will assume the role of Chief Solutions Officer. Dan has been with the League since 1990 and is one of the League’s most experienced leaders. He has a deep knowledge across all operational areas, giving him a truly association-wide perspective. He also has a relentless focus on the member and on delivering results, qualities he instills thought the organization.
Amy Shaw will assume the role of Chief Initiatives Officer. Amy has been with the League since 2001. Throughout her career Amy has brought a ‘can do’ attitude that has permeated the association. She has championed the philanthropic causes of the association with caring and compassion. Her intense focus on delivering value to members will be a tremendous asset as she oversees the League’s social media, digital and online strategies.
Brandon Luetkenhaus will assume the role of Chief Advocacy Officer. Brandon has been with the League since 2004. He is a fierce competitor who is extremely passionate about all things advocacy. He is a strong and capable leader known for his straightforward approach and commitment to the credit union cause.
These changes will help the League further develop its association talent and execute even better on our mission to deliver exceptional value and service to our members.
