Bank Secrecy Act Independent Test

Trust your BSA testing to an experienced partner.

Understanding what is required by BSA and how to take corrective action is a major challenge for credit unions, especially considering the law has been in existence — and continually changing — for years.

At PolicyWorks, we have years of experience helping credit unions implement policies and procedures designed to help them stay in compliance with BSA. Our comprehensive BSA Independent Test covers all BSA and OFAC-related sections of the AIRES questionnaire.

At the conclusion of our independent review, we point out weaknesses in a credit union’s program and produce a written report that includes recommendations on how to strengthen it. This report helps credit unions demonstrate an ongoing commitment to proactive compliance.
